Name(s) of the Author(s) in Times New Roman typography, size 12, capital and lower case letter, centre alignment and bolded. The Institution of the author(s) in Times New Roman typography, size 12, Capital and lower case, centre alignment. Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords, on the left.

2. THE AUTHORS: The name(s) of the author(s) must not be written on the paper. The name(s) must be added in a separated page including: Title of the Paper; Name(s) of the Author(s); the Institution where the author(s) belong(s) to; Summary, Keywords; JEL Code.
3. PAPER: 50 pages A4 format, numbered, simple spacing, single column, including texts, tables, pictures and schemes, in Times New Roman size 12.
