The summary must be written in English and Spanish. Typography: Times New Roman, size 12, simple spacing, up to 250 words, fully justified. Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords, left alignment. Up to 3 references.

TITLE OF THE ARTICLE IN ARIAL TYPOGRAPHY, SIZE 14, BOLD CAPITAL LETTER, CENTRE ALIGNMENT.
Name(s) of the Author(s) in Times New Roman typography, size 12, capital and lower case letter, centre alignment and bolded. The Institution of the author(s) in Times New Roman typography, size 12, Capital and lower case, centre alignment. Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords, on the left.

2. THE AUTHORS: The name(s) of the author(s) must not be written on the paper. The name(s) must be added in a separated page including: Title of the Paper; Name(s) of the Author(s); the Institution where the author(s) belong(s) to; Summary, Keywords; JEL Code.
3. PAPER: 50 pages A4 format, numbered, simple spacing, single column, including texts, tables, pictures and schemes, in Times New Roman size 12.
